Weights 101 Workout, week 2

Today I started week 2 of the workouts. OUCH. The workout focussed on my legs and biceps and hurt like a son of a gun! Bryan is a true sadist I think. I’m not a small or weak guy, but in the combination he used, I could do more than 6 reps with 20 pounds for the bicep curls at the end! Amazing. Who knew it’s not about the weight, but the technique, which he stresses.

I’m not as sore tonight as he warned me I would be. Maybe tomorrow. Since he was off on Monday, I’m back to it again tomorrow.

I’ve lost 5 pounds to, which I think is great. 5 pounds per week would be nice, but it’s not realistic. If I lose 10 pounds this month, I’ll be happy.
