Down 4.5

Look at that… consistent posting… That’s great.

So I lost 4.5 pounds in the last week. Yup. Good for me. Like I said, it’s coming off. I just need to keep at it, and start exercising… I’m probably nearing a plateau… Feels like I should be.

I’ve been a member of TOPS (TOPS 1390-Burnaby, BC, Canada) for over 2 years now. In fact, I was just voted as Leader for the coming year. Wow. It’s quite a bit of work, but I really enjoy the support I get by going to the meeting weekly. It also is a very non-judgemental group. If you gain, we support you, if you lose, we congratulate you. It’s really pretty awesome.

So – turns out I’ve got next week off from work… All that time, so many things I want to do, I wonder what I’ll actually get accomplished…
